Domestic Fuel Surcharge Decrease Notification Effective November 6, 2006

We are pleased to announce that effective on November 6, 2006 our Fuel Surcharge (FSC) for Domestic Shipments will decrease as follows:

For Domestic Air Services, Next Flight Out, Next Day AM, Second Day, and Freight Miser (Three Day Service), the FSC is decreasing to USD 0.23/lb from USD 0.26/lb, with the minimum remaining at USD 6.00. The FSC for Domestic Roadmaster Service (ground) shipments will remain at the current rate of USD 0.055/lb, with the minimum also remaining at USD 6.00.
