PEAK SEASON 2005 – Surcharge revision HKG - ASIA TO NORTH AMERICA

Issue 485, September 3, 2005

Peak Season Surcharges are now being implemented across the region. Please note the following change to the Peak Season Surcharge table (high-lighted in yellow).

Due to market conditions the Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) will be reduced for traffic out of Hong Kong (HKG). With immediate effect (starting Sep 1st) the PSS charge will be adjusted to 25% instead of the 35% originally planned to conform with the market conditions as they are developing for exports from HKG to the US.

We appreciate your support and your business. DHL Danzas airfreight and sales professionals are constantly analyzing the market in order to provide the most market competitive and market conforming price delivery during the peak season period.

Sincerely yours,

Charles Kaufmann
