To assist customers and carriers with meeting the requirements for Customs and Border Protection’s Advanced Electronic Cargo Information and the Food and Drug Administration BioTerrorism Act for Prior Notification, DHL Danzas Air & Ocean now offers the ability to verify status of inbound PAPS shipments and have full visibility to shipment arrival status via the internet.

Pre-Arrival Tracking is a web based program designed to provide status of shipments using the Pre-Arrival Processing System (PAPS) number consisting of the SCAC+PRO number, as well as providing information related to items such as Entry Number, Port of Entry, Customs Acceptance, Customs Release, Food and Drug Release, and Bio Terrorism Prior Notice Confirmation. This will help to provide safe, secure shipment and prevent delays.

Carriers can cross within 1 hr from the BCS Accepted date if no Prior Notice is required. If Prior Notice is required, the carrier can cross within 2 hrs from the Prior Notice confirmation date, thus meeting government agency requirements.

To access Pre-Arrival Tracking, please enter the DHL Danzas Air & Ocean homepage at http://www.us.danzas.com and click on U.S. Customs Tracking. Simply enter your PAPS number in the box at the bottom of the page to receive the current status of your shipments.
