Domestic Fuel Surcharge Increase

Subsequent to The Danzas AEI Resource Newsletter distributed on February 18, 2003, a fuel surcharge will also apply on U.S. domestic cargoes, as follows:

Effective February 24, 2003, the airline fuel surcharge on your U.S. domestic and northbound Canadian air cargoes will now be US$2.50 minimum or US$0.07/lb (CA$5.00 minimum or CA$0.11/lb), up from US$0.045/lb. All cargoes moved via our U.S. domestic and northbound Canadian ground transportation services are not affected at this time. It will remain at US$2.50 minimum or US$0.025/lb.

Again, we will keep you apprised of any and all changes to the fuel surcharge as we continue our regular communications with our airline partners.
