Amendment to "10+2" Security Filing Notice of Proposed Rule Making

Issue 01 Amendment, January 8, 2008

On January 8, 2008, the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection filed a correction in the Federal Register (DOCID: FR08ja08-15) correcting the name and address in which the trade can file comments against the Notice of Proposed Rule Making regarding the importer security filing known as 10 + 2.

This Federal Register Notice amends the email address and the name and mailing address as provided in the original NRPM published January 2, 2008 (FR Doc. E7-25306). This NPRM was referenced in our Spotlight newsletter, Issue 01 – January 7, 2008. The amendments are as follows and pertain to anyone wishing to file comments regarding the proposed rule.
