Domestic Fuel Surcharge Increase

Issue 007, March 7, 2007

Due to the recent increases in the price of crude oil, our partners have notified us that there will be an increase to their fuel surcharge, in line with their published index notification system. As a result, DHL Global Forwarding will be increasing its Roadmaster/ground Fuel Surcharge (FSC) to take effect on March 5th, 2007. There will be no change to the Domestic Air Services surcharge.

Our Domestic Air Services, Next Flight Out, Next Day AM, Next Day PM, Second Day and Three Day Services will remain at USD 0.22 per lb, with the minimum remaining at USD $6.00.

The FSC for Domestic Surface or Roadmaster shipments will increase from 14.5% to 16% with the minimum remaining USD $6.00.

If you require additional information or clarification, please contact your local DHL Global Forwarding sales representative.

Sincerely,

Brian Lindholm
Executive Vice President & Country Head - USA
