Danzas North America Changes Headquarters to Newark, New Jersey

Darien, CT (June 27, 2002) -- Danzas North America announced today that, effective July 1, it will relocate its corporate headquarters to Newark, N.J. from Darien, CT.

The new quarters, located at 33 Washington Street, 14th Floor, will house Executive Management, Legal, Finance, Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Domestic and Ocean Freight product management. The administrative facilities in Darien, CT. will remain open and be staffed by Human Resource, Corporate Communications and additional financial personnel. The North American Information Technology group will stay in Renton, Washington.
