Danzas to enhance Internet based service offerings
Danzas has signed a pilot agreement with Canadian CCEWeb Corp., a global service provider to financial institutions and facilitator of @GlobalTrade™, Internet based trade processing and document management.
Basel, Switzerland (November 7, 2001) -- The parties have agreed to work together to enhance cross border trade by linking together the informational and physical logistical requirements. Danzas Canada, will participate in the pilot of @GlobalTrade together with one of their corporate customers Gross Machinery of Canada. Under this agreement the companies will join forces to enable their respective clients to move their logistics, payments and the required documentation in one seamless on-line process.

CCEWeb's @GlobalTrade™Secure Payment and Trade Management System aims to bring all parties to a trade transaction onto the same electronic page. CCEWeb open web based platform uses Adobe Acrobat as part of its secure document management system and allows various parties in the chain to use their existing systems to upload documents in Adobe PDF format, digitally signed.
@GlobalTrade offers all Trade Service Providers such as carriers, surveyors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, insurance providers, chambers of commerce an easier and faster delivery method for electronic reports and certificates from the information on their existing computer systems to their clients allowing for enhancement of customer service, cost reduction, and time saving due to expedient processing of transactions.
