Danzas Corporation voluntarily surrenders its customs brokerage license in the U.S.
Customs brokerage license integration completed in the United States for Danzas AEI.
Darien, CT (September 10, 2001) -- Danzas AEI Intercontinental announces that Danzas has surrendered its U.S. Customs brokerage license. In addition, Luskcom Group, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Danzas AEI, has also surrendered its customs brokerage license. The surrendering of these licenses reflects the complete integration of the Danzas and AEI customs brokerage operations in the United States.
With this final change, all customs brokerage activities will be conducted under the name of Danzas AEI Customs Brokerage Services. Now that Danzas and AEI are fully integrated it is no longer necessary to provide brokerage activity under separate licenses.
