Change in Management for Danzas AEI Inc.

DARIEN, CT USA (November 13, 2000) -- Effective today, Danzas AEI announces Hans Toggweiler, COO of North America, including Canada, has been promoted to the position of CEO of the region. In the Central and South America region, Samuel Israel, COO, will assume the position of CEO in the region. These management changes follow the decision by Giorgio Laccona, CEO Americas, to leave the company.

As Mr. Renato Chiavi, Head of Intercontinental Business Unit of Danzas Group states, "Giorgio Laccona has played an important role during the integration process and I thank him for his valuable contribution."
