AEI Appoints John Luludis As Vice President And Chief Information Officer
DARIEN, CT USA (August 30, 1999) -- AEI announced today the appointment of John Luludis as Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
John Luludis joined AEI in March, 1997 and was appointed Chief Technology Officer in December 1998. He was responsible for reshaping AEI’s systems and communication infrastructure and was the catalyst in initiating AEI’s e-commerce programs. Prior to joining AEI, Luludis was Director of Operations at Volvo Data, North America and held various development and technical positions during his fifteen years at Volvo. Mr. Luludis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Pace University.
Commenting on the appointment, Guenter Rohrmann, President and CEO at AEI, underlined the contribution Luludis has made over the past two years, adding, “John has systematically upgraded our infrastructure to leverage our unique worldwide systems to take advantage of new technology. Under John, I am confident AEI will continue to lead the industry with technology-oriented solutions. We thank Colin Cook for his contribution to AEI and wish him well in his new venture.”

Mr. Luludis has replaced Colin M. Cook, who has decided to spend more time in the United Kingdom where he has maintained his primary residence. Mr. Cook will remain with AEI on a consultant basis focusing on special projects.
